So for several weeks now I have had

Painful coughing fits
Sleep apnea when I'm laying down so bad it constantly wakes me up, which in turn causes me to fall asleep at my desk for hours on end
Constant chest pain
Dizziness every time I stand up

If only I could afford a doctor visit here in the US.
