Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving has been named by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver to replace injured Mavericks star Anthony Davis. This is the ninth NBA All-Star selection for Irving, who is averaging 24.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.8 assists per game this season.
