Another interesting point it's that our mechanic could work on the ICE portion but couldn't touch the electric stuff. That required another type of mechanic.
When we'd do road trips, then we'd be on gas, of course.
Because the battery was relatively small, I could usually charge it when solar was producing.
A BEV having to lug around an ICE, or an ICE having to lug around a large battery.
