For me 30 is well into hot but everyone's different and can tolerate heat (and start melting in sweat puddles) at different levels.
Cold isn't nice buuuuut I can warm up in the cold. Mostly. I can't cool down in the heat. 💀
it is much easier to warm up than it is to cool down... i just hate being cold that much i guess lmaooo 💀
