The big problem is that there's no failure state. As long as Democrats keep hiring you, you're good. Doesn't matter how bad your advice is as long as you've got a friend on the hiring committee. Fuck up elections, get hired. Completely be unable to read poll data, get hired.

If they’re calling him up they certainly don’t listen to his advice (and if Carville is claiming it I’m skeptical of it). Dude’s never been right on anything in recent history and never seen his crappy ideas like “Democrats are all preachy women” acted upon in any way.
