I’ve been burnt out and suffer from PTSD. Work in tough industry. Gun Range is my therapy and reading has been my new therapy. Along with collecting Pokemon cards. Coinciding with sober living and losing 35 lbs I’m still to find that happy median. #BetterEveryDay #MCSCA
