Full speed is unclear, but some cards care about the amount of speed. The speed Demon drawing 2-3 eot is already tough.

Speed demon is going to be unplayable in 60 cards formats. Tapping out on turn 5 and pinging yourself while doing nothing to help the board but add a barely-on-rate creature is going to get you killed even in Standard

Do you agree that speed can increase from 1 to 2 in the first turn you start your engines when you attack? I've seen people disagree on that

Surely yes, any life loss in the same turn will cause an increase at the end of turn.
