So the Sec. of Agriculture suggests that if we want cheap eggs, then we should raise chickens in our back yards. I guess apartment dwellers won't get those cheap eggs unless they hire a cleaning service. BTW, when Vilsack was Sec. of Ag., he was way too smart to say something so damned stupid.
