Brian Leishman looks like he was duped. He should resign the Labour whip.
Anas Sarwar looks dishonest. He miss-sold Labour but unfortunately we can't get a refund.
Rachel Reeves looks like a tory and Westminster looks unfit for purpose.

He was the only Scottish Labour MP to vote support for the WASPI women. I think he was duped. That doesn't mean I agree with him or his politics or indeed trust him. To be honest I'm very distrustful of all politicians.

Pugwash, we'll have to disagree. To me, he was like any other Labour Politician and wanted to stick it to the SNP more than the evolving fascist Tory Party & putting him in the category of being prepared to say anything to win.

I’m no fan of Labour but I think Mr Leishman believed his party was going to save Grangemouth. On the Sunday Show he sounded genuinely aggrieved that the workers had been so badly let down. The man has a conscience at least.

Yes. If I had been elected on that promise and that promise had been made to me buy Sarwar... and then broken in favour of Belgium and England, I would resign the whip and probably stand down as an MP. I certainly wouldn't be able to show my face in the town again.
