Did the police have a warrant signed by a local judge? Without a warrant police cannot enter private property. As this article says it was private have they filed trespassing charges?

It's not completely a private business but close enough. More concerning is the FBI convincing the DC police to help. Did the feds have a warrant? Why didn't DCP ask to see it?
