Not sure if you're aware, but you can actually buy native Linux phones. Eg there's the FuriPhone FLX1 (Debian), Volla Quintus (Ubuntu Touch), Jolla C2 (SailfishOS) to name a few. If you're really serious about this anti-Google thing, ditch the Pixel and the Android hard-dependency.
