I can't think of a single sausageboi in fiction that wasn't a little shit at some point 😂 Maybe the one from Nanoha? I don't remember him very well, but I think he was just a good friend to Nanoha/gave her mahou shoujo powers (and he was possibly originally human? Just transformed?)
Maybe it's the curse of companion creatures 😂 They just have to be a pain in the ass to their companion sometimes for the sake of plot or mood lifting 😌
