Two points: 1. Why do you think DOJ will go to court for permission to do anything illegal? Think of Nixon's DOJ or the Hoover FBI. 2. Trump controls the Supreme Court.

I do not share your optimism, though I think that courts will slow him down a bit.

Yes. All very good points. I keep asking myself what kind of public reaction might there be if people start getting literally dragged away & imprisoned. Can’t happen here? Just look how far we’ve fallen. The important thing is that for every tRvmp action there must be an equal, forceful reaction!

…both the duty of the Federal Judges, but also, the moral “obligation” of rank & file members of the DOJ to stand up to the incoming Regime. Easy to preach about when your job is not on the line! 🤷‍♂️
