One of my golden rules is I don't interact with people who treat people who serve them as part of their jobs terribly. It literally disgusts me the way people will berate service staff members.

By far the most valuable information you get out of a first date comes from watching the other person interact with the wait staff.

I find it baffling how anyone thinks their day will be made better if they make someone else's day worse.
2nd waited tables for many years.
Hate when ppl throw trash on the ground anywhere, including stadiums, and say, “They have people to clean it up.”

Be kind. No one is your personal janitor. Pick up after yourself.
Their jobs are too difficult, underappreciated and, UNDERPAID to have to deal with some rude stranger's power trip.
How people treat others is a huge tell.
I am alarmed by the number of people who say “well, they never did anything to me”, about someone who has treated another human being like something under their shoe.
When someone shows you who they are…cut them out of your life.
