Is Angus saying people use on average a tank of petrol a week? I have a 60km round trip commute each day and I use a tank a fortnight.

Also who is using two cars the same amount?

Really interested to see their assumptions on this

I have a 900ml car and travel 15 km a day to and from work. We do some longer trips too but top up once a month. I guess if you own a giant 4WD (a necessity in these rough cities like Melbourne) you could use a tank a day! To fuel your tank (totally necessary)!

Oh, I'm in the $45,001 - $135,000 range so I would only want a tax cut for the lowest bracket. And increase the tax-free threshold to, say, $25,000.
