It's a characteristic of long term professionals in the throes of progressing dementia to deny any diminished ability. They can still do the job and don't block them from doing it, even as they obviously need extensive help. The 'blank' spots aren't blank in their views.

He's doomed, tho. He will lose. Any replacement candidate will also likely lose. Democrats are too corrupt, and therefore have nothing to offer voters. 👎
