A lottery is being held on Monday to determine who will be the 16 people in Los Angeles who get to witness what happens next in the case of the Menendez Brothers, who are serving life sentences for murdering their parents in 1989.

these guys were not kids and in full serial killer mode they killed their parents for the money. Gascon should be investigated for this and let the chips fall as they may.
Wonder if these commenters have really dug into the case. The Menendez brothers didn't get a fair trial. While they killed their parents, imperfect self-defense should've led to a manslaughter conviction. They've served time, become advocates, and graduates—they deserve to have this case reexamined.
