Even if they released absolutely everything it would have zero effect on anything. The press won’t pick it up, and those of us who care already know that DJT had truckloads of documents he wasn’t supposed to have, classified, sensitive or not.
We don't know for sure, but it would be nice to find out in a court of law. Oops, That Won't Happen. This SC would probably find he did it within his duties which would absolve him of the crime.
Doesn't ANYONE comprehend that the public has a right to see this report? Courts and DOJ seem to worry more about Donald Trump's "right" to get away with blatant crimes than about our right to see what danger this puts US in.
Of course we won’t. Justice and democracy died. The question is will YOU the press have the nerve to claw it back? Will you publish it if it is leaked to you?
Here's a question-- no matter what Cannon says, or even what the SCOTUS says, can't Biden just order that it be released? I mean he does have immunity right? What are they going to do to him?
Sometimes the rules need to be broken to do something good. Such as when the Pentagon Papers came out.
I feel the patriotic thing here would be for the report to be leaked. I mean - and it pains me to say so, but - it’s not like anyone who worked on it will still be working at the DOJ afterwards.
I would have been court-martialed as a commissioned officer if I’d mishandled top secret material even remotely like that. Fuck you for normalizing the theft of top secret documents that endangers our agents and sources abroad.
Garland will go down as the worst, weakest piece of garbage AG in history. He killed the US with the great stall for 2 years. He is responsible now for all that will happen: Ukraine sliced apart, *rump attacking Greenland, etc & oligarchy taking over and autocracy running US. Garland: f off.
I can't help but think that saying something "may never be released" is pretty soft and passive. I'm leaning towards, the report "is likely to be suppressed." Let's put the blame where it lies. I think reporters can then ask, "Why are you suppressing the report?" instead of "Why not release it?"
I agree. Let the bag guys go so that the public can know what Donald did. He’s going to do the same thing again with classified documents now that #SCOTUS has given him permission.
Failure to release the report s full content will go down in history as a complete cover up by those who made the decision not to release it. What if any laws apply to this crime?
brave whistleblowers can and should leak the FACTS to EXPOSE corrupted Govts or Corps ... even though we see how people committed to shining light on the FACTS to expose the truth are treated - Snowden, Wikileaks, Chelsea Manning, Reality Winner, JFK...

Ffs, NYT- get your shit together.
But, the public deserves to know about the types of documents stolen and the extent of potential viewing by Russia, China, and other unfriendlies.
Por Favor!!
🍌
Here’s the report proving how we let you elect a president-TWICE— that’s not only a convict, but is tots illegitimate!
We can’t tell you the *really bad stuff* unless it’s A NATIONAL SECURITY🚨, and in the public’s best interests🤷♀️
You should do something!
Don’t call us.. we’ll call you😜
Let’s hope.

Garland & Jack Smith should have been better prepared.
Smith should not have sent his Report to Trump & co. before publication.
Garland should have published it without notice.
Trump's AG will move to dismiss the charges anyway.
