Voters do not view President Trump as understanding the problems in their daily lives and have soured on his leadership as he approaches his 100th day in office. See a full breakdown of the New York Times/Siena College poll: https://nyti.ms/3Yhdhby

The Antichrist/Trump will be contrary to Christ in all things & will do things that are against Christ.
Christ came a humble man;
he will come as a proud one.
Christ came to raise the lowly, to justify sinners;
he will, on the other hand, will cast out the lowly, magnify sinners;
exalt the wicked.
Ignorant MAGA MF’s are excited to have their livelihood destroyed and their children’s education ruined and their farms taken over by the wealthy corporations! Stupid is what stupid does
America: 1/3 of the country will end up trying to kill the other 1/3 of the country, while the last 1/3 of the country will watch. I can see literacy and empathy measured in all of these polls.
Trump knows exactly what he’s doing. It’s the Trump voters who don’t get it. He even told them up front what his plans were. Welcome to authoritarianism.
One of the takes that I don't get at all is "Trump is doing exactly what he said he was going to do, so you gotta appreciate the validity of it since the voters voted for it." You hear it from R voters, free-thinking "manosphere" podcast hosts, even liberal politicians.
It's like your partner promising to do 10 favors for you, doing 2 of them, and saying, "Well I told you I'd do those two!! You gotta appreciate that I said what I would."
Well, you didn't do the majority of what you said you would (+ which people actually cared about).
Lots of libs are basking in (cathartic?) schadenfreude while Trump's ego on stupid policies is giving D's a huge opp to say to R voters, "He LIED to you re: what you REALLY CARE ABOUT."
So what if they voted R in the past? Their future votes for a Dem will count just the same! Welcome them in!
NYT w/ over 50 posts today alone on Bluesky, but no 🦋 (Bluesky link) on any of their platform's contact methods - and NO current plans to add one (see attached NYT chat). Go ahead and ask them yourselves why they proudly link: "f" and "X", but not "🦋" ...
Welp, it’s too fucking late. You let him in after you said he was immune from prosecution for an insurrection. Did you think he was just gonna go all “awww shucks” on us all of a sudden?
It is scary. The most dangerous thing is that he knows he'll get away with it because he has done it before. He hasn't seen a day in jail while any common citizen would be locked away for years for the same felonies
US literacy rate 2025 is estimated to be around 79%,
54% adults read below a 6th-grade level,
20% reading below a 5th-grade level,
21% adults are illiterate
This means a significant portion of the population struggles with basic literacy skills.

Man this country is gone.
We have completely lost the freaking plot.
No, you really don't.

It should be:
"He said he would:
—lower prices on day 1. He's done the opposite.
—end the war in Ukraine on day 1. Still going.
—unite the country. Def not."
D's win by giving R + indie voters an offramp.

I mean, for brains sake!!
Ironically the phrase is attributed to an ancient Chinese saying. 🤣
I highly doubt those people have any clue of the full ramifications this chaos will create. 🙄

#Idiocracy
Video games and TV don't make people violent, but some people seem to lose touch with reality.
Never has anything Trump that has done deserved the imprimatur of "leadership".
