There are humorous reports that in two weeks all USB-C ports will be renamed USA ports! How about USC2C ports?!

As soon as that standardization happens, Apple will change all its devices to use a new cable that you have to buy for $100 called the USB-Borg.

And, of course, even though it is a completely different new standard, they will call it "USB".

Nah. Lightning-C or Thunderbolt-500 is catchier.

And preferably one which can only be inserted one way so that we attempt to plug it in the wrong way most times.
