Riot said it best, they clicked follow back on accident before even seeing the profile bio and as soon as they did, it was an immediate unfollow and block. Koana is a cool bean and is trying to protect their peace as they are going through a lot right now.
I am scratching my head at the block (I don't care tbf, it's fub free over here) but I hope if they are innocent that they're made aware of the collateral damage they might get from this 😬
when I noticed they were following I did a quote on this one expressing my confusion. I don't know the person behind the account, but I have a lot of moots following them. I took it down and unblocked to wait and see if they do say something. I hope they address it

All the accounts they used to block this person, was somehow banned on BSKY.
It's possible whoever this is, is retaliating to blocks.
They informed me, so I that I was aware. I have since blocked this account.
I do not and will never stand for any of this.
