Nah, baking by mass is superior. Did I pack my cup of flour to the same density as the recipe intended? 🤷 compared to 120 grams is 120 grams. (The Celsius zealots are wrong)

And if you are just mixing everything (like putting flour and stuff for a dough) — you can get by with just one bowl. Just put it on a scale, and add things one by one looking at a reading. Compared to using a measuring cup that gets dirty after everything it's a bliss

Also recently started weighing pasta/rice to do portions, and I cannot recommend it enough. No weird heuristics, bang-on every time.
