Absurdism may remove existential dread so you can invest it in HK Speedrun, but you may also stumble upon some determinist or nihilist thought experiment which would extend by a lot the existential dread time.

sleep with phone not in room to help sleep, that should help everything else slightly. follow ur dreams and u can maybe get the dread down to 1-1.5 hours. no fixing hollow knight speedrun
