Cochlear Implant update: I can't hear anything much. The sounds are muffled, as if the volume is low and is unclear.

In my head, it feels loud because I can feel a sensation or echo inside my head

My brain is trying to make sense of the new sounds. It feels a bit overwhelming. I need to be patient
