Vtuber colabs. Failing that, you can't go wrong with ranking videos and food stuff.

Either trying food, cooking food or food challenges are always fun to watch.

Find someone in the locker room that is not a gamer at all, sit them in front of Disco Elysium, and have everyone else spectate them.

I guess you can't get drunk on camera on Twitch though.

Pretty sure you can be drunk on Twitch. You'd just have to put a warning label on the stream if you're going to get visibly drunk or make it the focus of the stream

Try a snack on stream. It would not be the theme for a whole stream, but maybe as an incentive for a train. Could also cut a promo on the spot as an incentive as well.
