I cannot answer the question as I am not at the bargaining table, nor are you. Those at the table, the company and the members will decide what is fair, not us. But I do know if they owned the politicians they would not have to strike.
The "company" is the citizens of the State who will have programs and services cut to pay for the largesse that will be dealt to them in what is just a show strike.
Their current cash compensation is over $135,000 per year. With benefits, that's certainly over a quarter of a million dollars each.
