For the FOURTH TIME maintenance has entered my apartment without notice! I have headphones on a lot and can't hear them knock... so the next thing I know, I hear the sounds of a drill and someone moving through my kitchen. It's so scary!!

Not to mention they took away my keyless entry!!! The reason I picked this complex was for the keyless entry. I paid more for it! And now I have to relearn to lock my door when I leave.
