They aren't in the UK, unless it's DUI or deliberately evading a stop etc.

Certainly speeding, careless driving, bald tyres and broken lights etc aren't.

The number sent from US to El Salvador is now around 300. For this El Salvador was to receive $6 million. Yesterday, Human Rights First put the number sent at 238. So Bukele's visit Monday is probably to demand whatever Trump has cheated him out of. Dead and missing non-negotiable.
