The key to toppling Trump legally is to pressure enough reps in your state to turn on him. It's an extremely difficult task, but it is up to communities to find points of pressure and hit those as hard as possible until the rep folds.

Target the interests of Republican representatives with protests. Make it politically and/or financially dangerous for them to continue supporting Trump. Find out what stocks they own or businesses that feed their pockets and boycott them. March in the streets with their name and call them traitors
