So have you got comfortable enough to cook with them? We get oyster, morels, many bolettes like King here. But I did not reach comfort to taste. Maybe someday.
To me these are nice bracket fungi, not mushrooms, which are domes on a stalk, & they are called toadstools, as mushrooms are the white field edible ones.
