It was very cold to start with and is full fat so the fat kept it in shape. Similar to how you can leave butter on the shelf.

The location in your fridge where you put the container might actually be at freezing temp

The ice cream probably contains a lot of stabilizers to ensure max softeness/fake creamy feeling

It’s B or C for sure. That was on the counter overnight. The hole in the middle is where I stuck my finger, and it was room temp.
