But they did it. I think of how people, with not only amazing intelligence. Having a determination to match. Driven to search , investigate every possible reason for or solution to something.
We then as a whole, benefit. Or not.

I'm not an expert, but splitting one atom won't generate an explosion; it needs to be a chain reaction splitting gazillions of atoms to get that. On Hiroshima Bomb, about 1.9 x 10^24 atoms where split
