On day 4 of this headache. I really hate it when my body does this to me. Meds aren't touching it, I've done the water and the caffeine thing. Sleep isn't helping.
Ugh.
Ugh.

Dk how useful it could be for u but I find that meditation style breathing can sometimes be a bit of a natural painkiller?
4 days of a headache seems excessive - did u contact a Dr, or is that not possible? 🙏🏻
The headaches usually recede when I finally get the tension knot/anxiety to loosen
Not sure if u have access, but somet that forcibly gets my body to calm down when I'm distressed is to lay in a bath of warm water - that could maybe help, if u could do that?
Soz ur brain is clenching.
Also, I never gone to one, but a masseuse may help?
My personal remedy for my migraines is a cheeseburger, fries, and a soda AND an electrolyte drink (like Gatorade). The salt & fats help for some reason.
I hope you get relief asap.
No, this one is a stress headache radiating from the knot in my shoulder up to behind my right eye.
Recently, I've been dealing with the same issue. I tried using a hot water bag when I went to bed or if I could lie down for a bit. After a few days, I could start stretching a little bit. It has helped. I hope this helps you too.
And feel better soon, friend! 🫂
Today i learned i might be getting migraines...and that i accidentally discovered what helps it via cravings
As long as it's not the ones that also have nausea as a component. Don't try this remedy if you are already sick to your stomach lol
Heat, gentle stretching, NSAIDs (ibuprofen) and topical pan relief if you have it: cbd, tiger balm, salonpas patch, lidocaine cream.
