I support this. I'm aware that part of the problem is that I thought @uklabour.bsky.social would *of course* be better than the Tories, so my disappointment is much worse. I'm unsurprised. Gave up on them along time ago. They've looked at what the Tories did over 14 years and said "hold my beer". They've given up on every pledge, promise and principle to become a client government for the few.

Labour of late doesn't do plural thinking. Probably more about insecurity. The factionalism which showed when Corbyn was voted leader kind of exposed this in an ugly way. That split scared many on the NEC. Not sure if that trickled down or bubbled up.

I don’t recall Labour mentioning environmental issues in their campaigning. So, while encouraged to “vote the Tories out” and get Labour “in”, I voted Lib Dem for the first time ever. At least they promised action on polluted waters and welfare.
