If you're a new artist here! Bluesky auto-moderation is VERY liberal with the "explicit sexual image" flag and even the mildest art can get slapped with it You aren't punished but you may get hidden a bit. I recomend going to settings> moderation and changing the flags looking at advanced settings

There's no real punishment, it's just people who have their shit set to warn/hide won't see your pfp/header unless they click on them. It doesn't hide you or your posts at all.
