I do too, hate the way the world is going. while I like Bluesky, there is not the same traction as the hell site. Not sure if traction is the right word, but you don’t seem to get as much interaction here. Mind you, I am spending less time on SM, everything is so depressing!

I unfortunately get that sense too. But there’s two tribes the 1st are the I’m ok who gives a fuck. The 2nd are so busy trying to make ends meet they aren’t paying attention. The 2nd are who we need to target but it’s going to need some clever marketing.

I think they are paying attention but are so pissed off because they are just trying to survive. It’s the first group.. the ones who don’t give a fuck because ‘my life is great’ that need to be made aware that not everyone gets the perks in life

I think it will be tricky to get through to that group. Experience tells me they don’t care, they believe that they’re better than others and are entitled to their privilege.

Actually, thinking about it there is a middle group, upwardly mobile, not born to privilege that could possibly be flipped.
