Europe should offer to buy billions in weapons from the US. And make the offer loud and clear so every American understands they would be getting paid for it.

And after buying the weapons, ship them to Ukraine to continue the fight.

No, they should build the weapons themselves. Buy American and the Ukrainians will only be allowed use them 8-10am on alternate Tuesdays within 10km of Kyiv
