Yeah, I was just thinking, "Wouldn't it be less wordy to say, 'Fresco from ancient Pompeii confirms existence of Maenads'", but then it occurred to me that not everyone is a mythology nerd.
Pretty sure what makes this newsworthy is the "rare", not the "type of women"
as in, "the math shows there should've been way more surviving things like this than we've actually found, what happened to them??"
