Under the last administration , I reached out to the DOD, DOJ, Army, Airforce, Marines and Navy offering them a solution to the sexual misconduct problem that has ALWAYS existed in the military. I never got the courtesy of a response. Does anyone have a POC that I can try again? www.rape-stop.com

The only think preventing a lot of these men from committing rape is the Justice system not that they themselves think it’s wrong and wrong only so much as it is spoiling one’s “ property”.
