Without my SSI, I can’t pay my rent, which means the mortgage on the house I live in can’t get paid. The premium on the Medicare advantage plan I have doesn’t get paid. My car payment doesn’t get paid. I have to pay those with income from my job, so my bills don’t get paid and I can’t buy food.
