Heinz uses Tomatoes from Leamington Ontario. There is no difference. They are both made in canada with Canadian produce using Canadian workers. Pick the one you prefer as a choice as the are both US companies.

This is a terrible example of doing the right thing. I understand the idea and it’s legit. But Heinz is an example where the head office is in the states but the product is entirely made in Canada.
In this case, both options of buying or not are both good and bad.

This was discussed earlier and it was pointed out that Primo makes ketchup and is Canadian. The downside is availability. I don't believe it is carried in my city, London, at all.

I am not gonna drive anywhere for a bottle of ketchup. If the company wants to capture sales they have to use their brain. They are not doing that right now apparently. I just make my own with of course Ontario tomatoes

I bought Mapledale cheddar at Giant Tiger a couple of times, and then they stopped carrying it. I would much rather have that over the big generic-tasting brands. I emailed hoping they would again, but nope.
