Isn’t this a comparison of
PS4 sold vs PS5 shipped.
The global holding stock are roughly 2 million or so.
So technically PS4 is 3.5M ahead

Consultant @serkantoto.bsky.social commented: 'A lot of people expected a soft Q3 for Sony, given the absence of first-party blockbusters. However, it looks like a strong Call Of Duty last year, and solid repeat sales helped. As far as we can see, PS5 Pro likely sold pretty well, too.'
