We can also follow the example of 12 prominent lawyers when the Justice Department failed Americans a century ago. In 1920 they issued a report on the “Illegal Practices of the United States Department of Justice,” documenting what Liz Oyer yesterday called “ongoing corruption and abuse of power.”
