Yeah I did the modelling and rigging and all of that in blender and then used substance painter for the textures. Geo scatter for the environment and autorig pro for the rig, retopoflow for the retopology.
Sweet! I haven't played with autorig yet - I grabbed it when it went free a few months back - so I'm much more familiar with Blender's rigify. I'm learning NPR rendering at the moment, may have some renders to toss up here fairly soon.
I like autorig so much more. Rigify gets unbelievably restrictive and fucking annoying after a while. So many bits and bobs sticking out of the rig at random fuckass angles. ARP is so much nicer. What kind of NPR are you doing?
Rendering a graphic novel - heading toward painterly background art, more standard line-art for characters and active character props, depending how my render tests turn out over the next couple of months.
