"All men are created equal" implies diversity, equity and inclusion.

ALL MEN = diversity
ARE CREATED EQUAL = equity
If you embrace all people and treat them equally then inclusion is the inevitable result.

You can disagree with America's founding document but you can't deny that it's DEI!
