This drawing was from early this year and I remember thinking I over-exaggerated my muscles for it and now I look at it and go “damn I look tiny there”

Thing is, you know you're gonna spend a lot of the day seated, so it's awesome that you prioritise the lifting early, get in and get it done. It can be so easy to skip on, especially if you work from home.
Yeah people say I’m crazy for going to the gym every single day too. I do a push>leg>pull>active rest day cycle. I’m so sedentary with my job and all of my hobbies that if I don’t go to the gym and just like run on the treadmill I’ll get like 100 steps in lmaoo
