Yep, I'm getting lots of these followers too! I block straight away. But weirdly it looks like some of the accounts are deleted right after following me? It's odd. Hopefully it gets fixed soon!

I block about 20+ accounts a day from so-called women posting half naked pics and trying to get money. It’s sickening. Doesn’t matter how many times I make a post saying NO this and that they still do it. I even have to MUTE the constant Reposted people who don’t ever make a post of their own.

Probably 1 or 2 out of 10 who want me to follow them back are either bots or women with sexual come-ons. Or, selling Coin schemes. Many have one or two simple posts and the rest are reposts. Or, no posts at all!
