Exactly. I am trying to order less from Amazon. So gathering all the woodworking sources I can. The biggest issue, they all require huge mins for shipping purposes and few of them are close. Amazon has already killed off much of the Canadian suppliers in this industry. Leases have killed the rest.

I hear ya, i haven't ordered from Amazon in months now, but like Walmart I'll do what i have to do if i need something and can't find it elsewhere, that's usually about once a year at this point. I've been buying a lot of the things i used to get from Amazon from the the products' and manufacturers'

I haven't checked, but I am pretty sure it will. Carnauba Wax is hard and needs a softener (mineral oil) melted into it to make it spreadable. But car Carnauba wax will most likely have UV protectants in it etc.

I saw that too, I want to experiment with a couple different recipes. You can mix up surprisingly better compounds at home, that include vitamin e which will help protect the wood from sun.
