Well, that Jan 6th pardon went well for him.

“A Jasper County sheriff's deputy fatally shot 42-year-old Matthew W. Huttle during a traffic stop in northwest Indiana on Sunday after an altercation in which Huttle reportedly resisted arrest and was armed.”

One of those is pretty much nonsense (haven't looked into most of them)...two of the stories are about a guy in Houston who - while on bail - went to DC and participated in J6 while facing charges for something to do with a 17-year-old

But, those weren't new charges..and he is still on the hook

In fact, I would assume he is in worse shape b/c he violated the terms of his bail to participate in J6...so while he was pardoned for J6, he can still be prosecuted for the statutory (or whatever the charges were) and probably won't get bail b/c he fled bail to participate in J6

I only mention this b/c they tell the story like he committed a new crime, but it was a pending charge at the time...and the prosecutor could have pursued it regardless (in county or state court) while the dude was incarcerated for J6

Suggests the prosecutor wasn't pursuing until the pardon
