I really wish calls to my senators in Texas would make a difference. Calls to both go to voicemail and Cornyn’s vm is full.

You can email them. Go to
https://senate.gov
for their email addresses. Even if they ignore you now, they will have records of your opposition. Eventually staffers will get tired of them ignoring their constituents/ oath of office and quit.
